Bring your own sending infrastructure

Stop sending one email to everyone.

AeroCampaign reads every signal you already have — activity history, cohort behaviour, industry trends — and generates a distinct message for each segment, down to the individual contact. Then it sends through your own SendGrid or Amazon SES account at cost.

The difference

A recommendation engine, not a template gallery

Mailchimp gives you segments and asks you to write the copy. AeroCampaign reads the signals and writes it — one variant per cohort, or one per contact when the payoff justifies it.

Dana — the cost-per-load math, on Northsea's numbers
Two minutes, no call required.

You've been back to the pricing page four times this month, so I'll skip the pitch and go straight to the arithmetic.

At Northsea's volume, the difference between bundled sending and sending at cost is roughly $18,400 a year. With surcharges easing 6% this quarter, that's margin you can actually keep.

I've put the breakdown on one page — no call needed.

Signal to send

Four layers between a signal and a subject line

  1. 01

    Signals in

Every event the platform already captures — opens, clicks, delivery timing, dwell between touches, list source, form fills, CRM stage — plus firmographics on the contact's company.

    • Engagement history
    • Click topology
    • Recency & cadence
    • Firmographics
    • CRM stage
    • List provenance
  2. 02

    Cohorts formed

Contacts cluster on behaviour rather than on the fields someone remembered to fill in. Cohorts are recomputed on every send, so a contact moves as their behaviour moves.

    • Behavioural clustering
    • Lifecycle stage
    • Propensity banding
    • Churn-risk flags
  3. 03

    Industry context

Cohort messaging is grounded against what is moving in the contact's sector this quarter, so the pitch references their world instead of yours.

    • Sector momentum
    • Seasonal demand
    • Peer benchmarks
    • Topic salience
  4. 04

    Copy out

A subject line, preview text, and body variant per cohort — with per-contact substitution where a signal is strong enough to earn it. Every variant is editable before it ships.

    • Subject + preview
    • Body variants
    • Send-time per contact

Under the hood

The unglamorous parts, done properly

Personalized copy is worthless if it lands in spam. AeroCampaign is built on the sending and suppression machinery that keeps a domain out of trouble.

Your provider, your credentials

Connect a SendGrid API key or Amazon SES access key. AeroCampaign verifies scopes, quota, and sandbox status, then sends through your account.

We operate no sending infrastructure. Your sender reputation and your rate limits stay yours.

One suppression set across providers

Hard bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes from either provider land in a single account-level list that every future send respects.

Enforced as a SQL anti-join at send time — never in application memory, so it holds at list scale.

Two-way provider sync

Import existing suppressions from SES and SendGrid on connect, and mirror new bounce and complaint suppressions back to AWS.

Your provider-side list and your AeroCampaign list never drift apart.

Account health, before it costs you

A rolling 30-day bounce and complaint rate with amber at 5% / 0.1% and red at 10% / 0.5% — the exact levels at which SES puts accounts under review.

You see the warning at the same moment Amazon does, not after the suspension email.

Bulk-sender compliance out of the box

RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe and one-click POST headers on every send, unsubscribe link and physical address enforced, GDPR export and delete built in.

Required by Gmail and Yahoo for anyone sending 5,000+ a day. Not an add-on tier.

You never pay for dead contacts

List cleaning, dedupe, and suppression are bundled into every tier. Unsubscribed and bounced addresses stop costing you money the moment they stop being reachable.

Incumbents meter stored contacts, so a decayed list is pure margin for them and pure waste for you.

Autonomous outbound, not just broadcast

In development

An always-on autonomous SDR works your contact pool alongside your marketing sends, powered by AIXSDR and GTM Bomber.

The capability no email platform offers, because none of them were built for outbound.

Cohort and per-contact generation

In development

The recommendation engine turns your signal history into cohort-specific and contact-specific copy, with send-time optimisation per recipient.

In active development. Everything above ships today.

Honest comparison

Where we beat Mailchimp, and where we don’t

Mailchimp and Constant Contact are mature products with template galleries and integrations we do not match. What they cannot do is let you own your sending account or write per-contact copy from your signal history.

Getting started

Three minutes, one list, no migration project

The only thing you have to bring across from your old platform is your suppression list — and that is the one thing that actually matters.

Start free
  1. 1

    Connect your provider

Paste a SendGrid API key or Amazon SES credentials. We verify scopes, send quota, and sandbox status, then provision the event pipeline automatically.

  2. 2

Bring your list and your suppressions

Import contacts by CSV. Existing suppressions are pulled in from SES and SendGrid so you never re-mail someone who already complained.

  3. 3

    Let the engine draft

Cohorts form from behaviour, and each one gets its own copy. Review, edit, discard — nothing sends unapproved.

  4. 4

Send, and watch the health card

Delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints stream back into one normalized event log with rolling health thresholds.

The economics

You are paying for contacts you never email

Per-contact pricing charges you for the size of your database, not the work done on your behalf. Bring your own sending account and the two costs finally separate: a flat fee for the software, provider list price for the delivery.

  • Your bill does not move when your list grows
  • Sending is billed by AWS or SendGrid at their rate, not ours
  • Your sender reputation is not pooled with other tenants
  • If you leave, your provider account and warm IPs come with you
